Returns & Exchanges
Olive + Splash wants you to be happy with your order: If you’re happy, Olive + Splash is happy. To make life as easy as possible, you just need to check eligibility on this page and follow the instructions. However, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy.
The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. Olive + Splash asks that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Please look over your garment before wearing to ensure it meets your standards. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
We want you to love your Olive + Splash order! If you for whatever reason are unsatisfied, we will gladly authorize an exchange, refund or provide an online credit within 2 weeks of receiving the order.

If you wish to exchange a product please include the invoice number and the reason for the exchange. We will confirm the exchange along with the return address. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. All items returned must be unworn/unwashed. Please note that all sale items are final sale.
